The Directory landing page showcases all of a Unit’s faculty and staff profiles.
Directory Layout
Header
The Header is the large image across the top of the page. You can change this image, if desired. See Adding Images for directions.
Search Bar
The Search bar allows web users to search specifically for faculty or staff profiles. Below the search bar, users can filter for “Role” of Research Expertise, if applicable. These filters pull in directory profiles that include these tags. You can edit or add research expertise tags directly to a Directory Profile. Other Widgets
The Directory Landing page functions much like a Basic Page. Therefore, website editors and admins can add additional widgets to their directory page, if needed. For example, the English Department included text (WYSIWYG widget) at the top of their directory page:
