We're also located near an extraordinary array of cultural institutions such as the National Gallery, the National Archives, the Smithsonian Institution, the Folger Shakespeare Library, the Kennedy Center, the Corcoran Gallery, the Library of Congress, and more.
The college offers many ways to get involved as a graduate student, including the Dean’s Graduate Advisory Board, various student organizations such as the Graduate English Organization, The Society for the Interdisciplinary Studies of Performing Arts, and many others.
Our master's and doctoral students pursue a variety of careers with arts institutions, government agencies, non-profits, higher education and private organizations.
