Creative Writing Alumni Rita Zoey Chin (nonfiction), April Naoko Heck (poetry) & Anne Keefe (poetry) will talk about their experiences, post-MFA, concerning publishing, teaching, work, and more.

Join us as we celebrate the first books by three alumni from the MFA Program, Rita Zoey Chin, April Naoko Heck, and Anne Keefe, who will also read their work as part of the Writers Here & Now series.

Rita Zoey Chin is the author of the memoir, LET THE TORNADO COME (Simon & Schuster, 2014).

April Naoko Heck is the author of the poetry collection, A NUCLEAR FAMILY (UpSet Press, 2013).

Anne Keefe is the author of the poetry collection, LITHOPEDIA (Bull City Press, 2012).

The conversation will be moderated by MFA students Meg Eden Kuyatt and Ruth Elizabeth Morris. Light refreshments will be served.
