ARHU Special Events for Admitted Students
ARHU admitted students are invited to visit campus and meet with us to learn more about all that UMD has to offer.
Office of Undergraduate Admissions Events & Tours:
Admitted Student Open Houses
We invite all students and their families to register for an Admitted Student Open House and attend the College of Arts and Humanities information session, departmental breakouts and tours of campus, as well as the Info Express to learn more about “ARHU & you.” At both the in-person and virtual Open Houses, individual schools and departments will be available to chat with students and their families as well as show visitors more of where their ARHU “home” will be—so we encourage you to attend! Registration for Open Houses may be limited. Can't make an Open House? Consider attending Maryland Day.
Campus Tours

If you’d like to set up an appointment for the same day with ARHU's Assistant Director for Recruitment Jess Krenek, email jkrenek@umd.edu at least 48 hours before your visit to coordinate a time and location.
