The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center is thrilled to host two of the National Symphony Orchestra’s (NSO) performances of Handel’s “Messiah” during the 2026-27 Season. This December, early-music expert Richard Egarr conducts one of the most celebrated works in the choral-orchestral repertoire, a hallmark of the NSO’s holiday programming.
Performances of Handel’s “Messiah” at The Clarice are Friday, December 18 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, December 19 at 8 p.m. Single tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 28, 2026. Stay tuned for more information about soloists and the chorus, to be announced at a later date.
