Access2Alumni 2026 • IN PERSON
Access2Alumni 2026 • IN PERSON
UMD students are invited to join the College of Arts and Humanities (ARHU) for its annual career mentoring and networking event. Access2Alumni (A2A) takes place over two days and connects students with successful ARHU alumni to learn more about various career pathways. Current students will have the opportunity to speak with alumni from various industries to discuss their career goals and ask questions.
Students can attend one or both days along with an optional prep session for those new to networking. Each day will feature a keynote speaker and several small-group breakout sessions led by different alumni participants representing industries in the arts, humanities, law, entertainment, publishing and beyond. The in-person event will have food and door prizes! A2A is a great place to develop your networking skills — all of the alumni attending are friendly and want to help students like you succeed.
This free event is open to all UMD students, regardless of major or year. Graduate students are also welcome. ARHU majors and minors are specifically encouraged to attend both days.
