The Department of American Studies (AMST) invites you to join the second session in the newly revived American Studies Brown Bag Series 2017. This series encourages critical conversation, collaboration, and community—while showcasing scholarship, art, and activism—in the department and beyond.   On Monday, November 13, 2017 at 12 p.m. in 0330 Tawes Hall, the faculty in American Studies will facilitate an open forum entitled: "Let's Talk About Race: DACA, Kneeling and the Power of Protests".   Feel free to bring your own lunch and enjoy this lively discussion!   Also, mark your calendar for the following series session:
